1) Berolina-Haus, Alexanderplatz Berlin-Mitte

Inspections:

  • Inspection of concrete girders and -columns regarding compressive strength and carbonation depth
  • Identification and documentation of reinforcement locations as well as measurement of rebar diameter and concrete cover
  • Identification and documentation of different slab compositions
  • Pull-off tests for assessment of surface tensile strength
  • Identification of concrete composition

2) Kaserne Kirschallee in Potsdam

Inspections:

  • Identification of the structural composition of various structural elements such as slabs, walls, stairs, headers, basin floor
  • Identification of support conditions on inner- and outer walls
  • Determination of concrete compressive strength on drilling cores, carbonation depth
  • Identification of reinforcement locations including concrete cover
  • Determination of material parameters of the used materials (brick- and mortar inspections)
  • Identification of moistness on structural components
  • Identification of tensile- and yield strength of reinforcing bars within the steel stone slab

3) Olympic Stadium Berlin

Inspections:

  • Identification of the structural composition of slabs and girders as well as stair components
  • Determination of concrete compressive strength as well as carbonation depth
  • Identification of reinforcement ratio, reinforcement diameter and reinforcement location of critical structural concrete components
  • Pull-off tests for assessment of surface tensile strength
  • Determination of chloride content in drilling dust of cracked- and moisture penetrated areas as the primary parameter for corrosion facilitation
